The Florida Statutes, Section 430.208 (8) and
Section 430.503 mandate that a fee for service
(co-pay) will be assessed for all consumers
enrolled in a program that is funded through
State General Revenue. A fee for service is
determined at the time of the in-home visit and
comprehensive assessment. Co-pay will be
assessed and will vary based on the
consumer's overall ability to pay. Applicants
should not be deterred by potential costs since
we are usually able to place a client into a
program that meets their income limits either
through other government funded grants or
grants received from local sources.
